- ¿Qué habitaciones necesita usted?
- 您需要那些房间？

- Pues, sala de estar, hum, comedor no, cocina sí, pero pequeña y dos dormitorios, que no tienen que ser muy grandes.
- 恩，客厅，呃，不要餐厅，要有厨房，小的就可以，还要有两个卧室，不必太大。

- ¿Necesita garaje?
- 需要车库吗？

- No, no tengo coche, pero tiene que estar cerca del metro.
- 不，我没有车，但是要离地铁近。
